NRMA Community Grants Now Open
The NRMA Insurance Community Grants program has now opened for applications.
The program provides up to $5,000 grants to projects that make their local community safer. Programs related to road safety, the environment, crime prevention and emergency readiness and response will all be considered between now and the 31st of March.
“Every day, thousands of Australians dedicate their time and energy to making our communities safer. The NRMA Insurance Community Grants program supports this by providing much needed funding and assistance to local community projects,” said Jennifer Cobley, NRMA Insurance spokesperson.
The grants program has been running for 12 years, and has contributed over $6.7 million to more than 1,550 community projects.
“We look forward to supporting many more projects this year, and encourage local community groups to apply” said Ms Cobley.
Interested parties can go to the NRMA Insurance Community Grants website for more information and to submit their application.
